1. Purpose and acceptance
By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you no longer agree, you may stop using the service and request deletion of your account.
2. Account and phone number
Access relies on a verified phone number. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your phone and promptly report unauthorized use.
- A number must not be used to impersonate another person.
- Verification codes are personal and must never be shared.
3. Authentic profile
Your name and photo must represent the person using the account. Automated screening only checks the apparent presence and quality of a face; it is not proof of identity.
- Misleading profiles, stolen images and impersonation are prohibited.
- We may request additional verification when an account appears fraudulent.
4. Content and responsibility
You remain responsible for the text, images, videos, listings and other content you publish. You must hold the necessary rights and permissions, including for people who can be seen or heard.
5. Audio, video and live sessions
When these features are available, you must respect participant privacy. Recording, rebroadcasting or capturing an exchange requires clear notice and, where required by law, the consent of those concerned.
6. Jobs, business and transactions
Professional listings and introductions are the responsibility of their authors. Unless expressly stated, the platform is not the employer, seller or guarantor of a transaction between users.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation or putting another person at risk.
- Fraud, scams, spam, manipulation, false identity or deliberately misleading information.
- Illegal publication or infringement of privacy, copyright or other third-party rights.
- Malware, circumvention of safeguards or disruption of the service.
8. Moderation and suspension
We may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend or close an account when necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms or comply with a legal obligation. Severity, repetition and context are considered.
9. Intellectual property
You retain your rights in your content. You grant the platform a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to host, technically adapt and display it only to provide the service, until deletion subject to temporary technical backups.
10. Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted for maintenance or experience incidents. We seek continuity but do not guarantee permanent availability or a complete absence of errors.
11. Ending an account
You may sign out or request deletion of your account. Some data may be retained as necessary for security, dispute handling or compliance with a legal obligation.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are interpreted under the applicable law of the Democratic Republic of the Congo without removing mandatory protections available to a user. We favor an amicable resolution before referral to the competent courts.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service or legal framework changes. The update date appears at the top. Requests may be sent through the application support section.
